Use the included HT381 base. Your earphones are pre-paired.

Connect your TV
Find an audio OUT port on your TV. Choose one cable below.

- Remove the clear caps from both square ends.
- TV: plug into OPTICAL / DIGITAL AUDIO OUT.
- Base: plug into OPTICAL.

Step 2 of 4 · Power
Power on the base and earphones
- Connect the supplied power cable to the HT381 base and a working power source.
- Slide the earphone power switch to ON.
Keep the earphones close to the base.Wait until the lights on both the base and earphones are solid green.
Connected? Set the TV audio next →
Otherwise, no sound.

Why PCM? PCM is an audio format the transmitter supports.
Choose your TV brand:
×Avoid Dolby, DTS, Auto or Bitstream.These may cause silence.

Step 4 of 4 · Listen
Listen to your TV
After completing the TV sound settings:
- Play a TV program with speaking voices.
- Put on the HT381 earphones. Slowly turn the volume wheel to adjust volume.
- Check that you hear TV sound through the earphones.
Success: solid green connection light + TV sound through the earphones.
Adjust volume and sound
Left / Right Balance Control
While listening through HT381, turn the earphone volume wheel slowly to adjust loudness.
To adjust the left/right balance, turn the spinner on the back of the earphones toward your preferred balance.
Done: TV sound is comfortable in both ears.
Activating Ambient Mode
While HT381 is on, press the earphone AMBIENT button once to turn on Ambient Mode. The earphone LED turns red and surrounding sound is amplified.
Press AMBIENT again to return to TV listening; the LED turns green.
Charging Tips
- Connect the HT381 dock to power.
- Place the earphones correctly in the charging cradle.
- For uninterrupted listening, swap in the spare battery and charge the other battery in the spare-battery charging cradle.
Add more HT381 earphones
Check the batch number
Check the batch number on the bottom of the HT381 transmitter. Choose the matching batch below.
For a batch before T24B1, contact Support to confirm the matching additional earphones and procedure.
1. Put the new earphones in pairing mode
Turn on the new HT381 earphones. Hold AMBIENT for 5 seconds until the LED flashes green rapidly.
2. Pair with the transmitter
Keep the new earphones close to the transmitter. Hold transmitter MODE for 5 seconds, or until the bottom LED flashes green. Wait a few seconds for both LEDs to turn solid green, then play TV sound.
Batch unreadable? Contact Support. Ordinary Bluetooth headphones cannot pair with this 2.4 GHz transmitter.
