  2. Open the hearing-aid app’s Auracast or Broadcast section—not the phone’s normal Bluetooth menu.
  3. Stop phone calls, music, or another active connection that may take over the hearing aids.
  4. Refresh the broadcast list, select Avantree, then start the source audio.

02
Low Volume
  1. Start playback and raise the volume on the audio source.
  2. Press + on Voyager HA to raise its output volume.
  3. Raise the hearing-aid volume. Some hearing aids require you to adjust the streaming volume in their companion app.

DONEThe listening volume is comfortable.

03
Hearing Aids Stutter or Work Intermittently
  1. Temporarily turn off Bluetooth on phones, tablets, computers, and other devices previously paired with your hearing aids.
  2. Keep the audio source playing and make sure the 3.5 mm plug is fully connected.
  3. Put the hearing aids in their charging case for a few seconds, take them out, then rejoin the Avantree broadcast.
  4. Move closer to Voyager HA and test again. If needed, restart Voyager HA and the hearing aids.
